Applicability of Airline Rules
All airline policies, including but not limited to cancellation, refund procedures, baggage allowances, and other restrictions, apply to any airline tickets purchased through Latinos Air Reservar. We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate ticket purchases. The contractual agreement for your flight is strictly between you and the airline providing the flight service.
Flight Schedule Changes and Cancellations
Airlines reserve the right to change, cancel, or reschedule flights and itineraries at their discretion, without prior notice to Latinos Air Reservar. This includes modifications to departure times, arrival times, and routes. As we do not control airline operations, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, costs, or inconveniences resulting from these changes. You are advised to monitor updates directly from the airline.
Baggage Allowance
Baggage policies, including the number of bags allowed, weight limits, and fees for checked or carry-on baggage, are determined solely by the airline and fare type. Certain fare types may only include hand baggage (carry-on) and require an additional fee for checked luggage. The cost and rules regarding baggage vary significantly across airlines. We recommend contacting the airline directly for precise baggage allowance and fee information prior to travel.
Code Share Flights
Some airlines enter into “code share” agreements, where a flight marketed by one airline is actually operated by another airline. This will be clearly indicated during the booking process, with the operating airline named as “operated by” in your booking details. Latinos Air Reservar will provide this information only after receiving it from the ticketing airline.
Use of Flight Segments
If you fail to board any segment of your booked itinerary (i.e., a missed connecting flight or skipped leg), the airline may cancel all subsequent segments automatically. Latinos Air Reservar will not be responsible for rebooking or refunding any unused portions of your itinerary in such cases. The airline’s cancellation fees and policies will apply to the affected flights.
Booking Modifications
Changes to an existing booking—such as date changes, name corrections, or route alterations—may be subject to additional fees charged by both Latinos Air Reservar and the airline. The fees vary based on the airline’s rules and fare class. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees related to booking modifications.
Corporate and Group Bookings
- Corporate Bookings: Corporate flight bookings can be made through both online and offline channels. Pricing is subject to confirmation by the airline and may fluctuate until the booking is finalized. Latinos Air Reservar does not guarantee fixed prices until the airline confirms the booking.
- Group Bookings: Group fares are flexible and may vary until ticket issuance. Price changes are subject to airline policies, and Latinos Air Reservar does not take responsibility for fare differences before ticket issuance. Customers should be aware that any price variations must be borne by them.
Pricing and Payment Terms
The total price displayed at checkout includes the base fare, applicable government taxes, and a convenience fee. Payment in full is required before the booking is confirmed. Latinos Air Reservar reserves the right to deny service if full payment is not made. On the date of travel, users are responsible for paying any statutory taxes, fees, or surcharges imposed by governments or airports.
Infant Fare Policy
Infants must be under 24 months old for the entire duration of travel to qualify for infant fares. This age limit applies on both onward and return flights. If an infant turns 24 months or older during the return journey, a child fare booking will be required for that segment.
Travel Documentation
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary documents, including valid passports, visas (including transit visas), identification, and any other required paperwork. Latinos Air Reservar is not liable for any inability to travel due to insufficient or invalid documentation. All information we provide regarding travel documents is advisory and should be verified with the airline and relevant authorities.
Check-in Procedures
Check-in times vary by airline and flight type. Typically, check-in opens approximately two hours before domestic flights and three hours before international flights. It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify check-in timings and comply with airline check-in policies.
Refund Policies
Refunds are governed by the airline’s cancellation and refund rules and are contingent on Latinos Air Reservar receiving the refund from the airline.
- The convenience fee charged by Latinos Air Reservar is non-refundable, as it covers the costs associated with payment processing and service facilitation.
- To initiate a refund, users must inform Latinos Air Reservar of cancellations made directly with the airline.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institutions involved.
- Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment (e.g., the same credit or debit card used).
- Any promotional or discounted fares purchased may be non-refundable according to airline policies.
