Cancellation by the Customer
- If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify Latinos Air Reservar as soon as possible.
- Cancellations are subject to the rules and fees set by the airline with which the ticket was purchased. Each airline has its own cancellation policy, which may include penalties, partial refunds, or non-refundable tickets.
- Some tickets, especially discount or promotional fares, may be fully non-refundable. Please check the fare conditions at the time of booking.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after Latinos Air Reservar receives the refund from the airline. We act as an intermediary and cannot control the airline’s refund timeline.
- Once the refund is received, we will credit the amount to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket (e.g., credit card, debit card).
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and can take several business days to reflect in your account.
Convenience Fee and Service Charges
- The convenience fee paid to Latinos Air Reservar at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers the operational costs of payment processing and service delivery.
- Any additional service charges or fees paid to Latinos Air Reservar for booking modifications or cancellations are also non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation by the Airline
- If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, the airline’s policies regarding refunds or rebooking will apply.
- Latinos Air Reservar will assist in facilitating communication with the airline but cannot guarantee refunds or alternative arrangements.
- We recommend regularly checking with the airline for any flight updates.
No-shows and Partially Used Tickets
- If you do not show up for your flight without canceling, or if you miss one segment of a multi-flight booking, the airline may cancel the remaining segments and no refund may be provided.
- Any refunds or changes to partially used tickets are subject to the airline’s policies and fees.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
- To request a refund or cancellation, please contact Latinos Air Reservar through the customer service channels provided on our website or app.
- You must provide your booking reference and any relevant flight details.
- You may also be required to provide proof of cancellation from the airline if you initiated the cancellation directly with them.
Important Notes
- Refunds will be processed only for the base fare and applicable taxes refunded by the airline. Any taxes, fees, or charges that are non-refundable according to the airline’s rules will not be returned.
- In the case of a partial refund, the convenience fee and any service fees paid to Latinos Air Reservar will not be refunded.
- Latinos Air Reservar is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the airline’s refund process or policies.
